Your journey begins here.

Practical steps for those ready to embrace or explore Islam further.

1. The Testimony of Faith (Shahada)

If you believe in your heart that there is only one God (Allah) and that Muhammad ﷺ is His final messenger, you are ready to take the Shahada. This is the simple "key" to entering Islam.

"Ash-hadu an la ilaha illa Allah, wa ash-hadu anna Muhammadan Rasulu Allah."

(I bear witness that there is no god but Allah, and I bear witness that Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah.)

2. Start Your Connection

Prayer (Salah) is your direct line to the creator. Don't worry about being perfect; Allah rewards the effort of learning.

  • ✅ Watch a "How to Pray" video.
  • ✅ Learn the basic movements.
  • ✅ Start with small steps.

3. Find a Local Mosque

Islam is a communal faith. Visiting a local mosque (masjid) can provide you with a teacher and a supportive community.

Tip: Most mosques have "New Muslim" classes or mentors ready to help you.
